Experience – 3 to 4 years
- Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management
- Formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.
- Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
- Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
- Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards.
- Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
- Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)
- Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses.
- Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for client issues, coordinating solutions across internal teams.
- Training and Coaching: Provide comprehensive training on cold calling techniques, script delivery, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance, offering feedback and guidance to improve cold calling outcomes.
- Motivation and Morale: Foster a positive and motivated team environment that encourages productivity and professional growth.
- Workload Allocation: Assign leads, campaigns, and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as data manager on data projects in the Indian market
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
- Experience of contact generation & QA process
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
- Proficient in Excel sheets – formulas, pivot etc.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good team player with ability to groom team members
