Manager – B2B Program execution and Operations (US market)

Roles & Responsibilities –

  • In-charge of planning, executing, and delivering demand generation, data & research campaigns for the US market
  • Build a team of effective outbound calling and research specialists for campaign deliveries
  • Own and be accountable for delivering on service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop execution process and delivery models for the teams to internalize and follow through
  • Build a process culture that includes consistent reporting and analysis of campaigns to customers and to internal teams
  • Manage and grow the execution team to expand market footprint
  • Responsible for creating and owning revenue targets
  • Effectively manage customer engagement & relationships and help expand existing customers’ business 
  • Constantly motivate the teams and be a facilitator for them to put their best foot forward on effective execution, consistently
  • Collaborate with other internal teams that will support the overall customer deliverables and satisfaction

Candidate shall meet the following criteria –

  • At least 4 years of experience focused on demand/lead generation, MQL/SQL/Content syndication campaigns for the US market, with at least 2 years as a team lead, driving campaigns independently along with a team
  • Must have owned and delivered on SLAs and revenue targets as team lead and/or individual contributor
  • At least 1 year of experience in directly managing US based customers and managing their expectations
  • Must be performance driven with a sense of urgency on execution and customer delivery
  • Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willing to work in the US time zones
  • Must be based and settled in Pune
