Digital Marketing Manager

Strategic –

  • Define and execute the digital marketing strategy for TSL & TSL’s clients.
  • Conceptualize, manage the digital marketing campaigns for TSL & its clients. Campaign plan needs to be outcome based.
  • Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives to drive awareness for TSL and its clients
  • Establish and optimize a variety of digital advertising partnerships to drive greater adoption.
  • Work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with analyzing traffic data, solving problems, analyzing adoption and making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights)
  • Manage internal, agency and other external relationships to run campaigns across wide array of digital channels, networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential prospects for TSL & its clients.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing for clients as well as for TSL digital marketing activities
  • Develop and present the annual marketing plan & budgets to senior management for TSL & its products/services
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm
  • Deliver results with strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment
  • Help sales team in defining the digital marketing approach for the potential clients
  • Monitor and optimize team and individual associate productivity in qualitative and quantitative terms

Transactional/Day to day –

  • Overseeing the social media strategy for TSL & its clients
  • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate target markets
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Managing a team of digital marketing specialists
  • Manage various campaigns, monthly budgets for different platforms and geographies
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Support the generation new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals and TSL marketing activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet campaign goals
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
