Sr. Program Manager – Strategic Accounts

  • As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be directly responsible for account revenue and margin growth for assigned accounts.
  • This role will manage internal teams who support the client to ensure we are delivering an optimal customer experience across all functions including Account Management, Sales and Operations
  • To be the primary owner of the revenue goal and drive both strategic and tactical plans to achieve the numbers
  • Accurate forecasting of yearly, quarterly, and monthly numbers. Consistently meet the forecast for every quarter
  • Provide clear and open reporting to the leadership team; ensure accuracy of forecasting and robust processes to provide for increased predictability and sustainability.
  • Creating an effective outreach program to connect with the target accounts. Proficient in account resource coordination, account strategy, and planning
  • Represent the business at the highest levels of customers, maintaining a hands-on presence in the market and ensuring a close understanding of evolving market trends and customer needs.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and strong quality results
  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with execution team from various functional departments.
  • Be the engagement & relationship lead between strategic customers and the execution teams
  • Work as a pivot to build strong and effective operational team that will be focused on meeting/exceeding customer deliverables and SLA commitments
  • Lead, drive and motivate a team of PMs/APMs/TLs/BDSs to deliver over and beyond the customer experience and deliver on SLAs, both tangible and intangible
  • Set-up, implement and manage processes, best practices and documentation that will lead to successful program execution
  • Create a culture of ‘continuous improvement’ across the team for execution metrics, customer engagement and their professional growth
  • Be accountable for deliverables SLAs, team and individual performances and revenues for your customers
  • Own P&L for your business unit
  • Engage with the digital team to enhance Customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Continuous SWOT analysis of the company’s operations and implement measure to keep the operational engine at highest levels of productivity and effectiveness
  • Identify, create and implement training programs across the teams depending on the requirement

This is a senior position that allows you complete freedom to drive your Unit’s business and growth as you would like to steer it. You will be part of company’s growth and strategy planning group and will be expected to contribute thoughts and ideas for further expansion of the company’s business. Based on effectiveness in this role, you may expect to be part of the company’s leadership team, steering large business units.
