Roles & Responsibilities –
- In-charge of planning, executing, and delivering demand generation, data & research campaigns for the US market
- Build a team of effective outbound calling and research specialists for campaign deliveries
- Own and be accountable for delivering on service level agreements (SLAs)
- Develop execution process and delivery models for the teams to internalize and follow through
- Build a process culture that includes consistent reporting and analysis of campaigns to customers and to internal teams
- Manage and grow the execution team to expand market footprint
- Responsible for creating and owning revenue targets
- Effectively manage customer engagement & relationships and help expand existing customers’ business
- Constantly motivate the teams and be a facilitator for them to put their best foot forward on effective execution, consistently
- Collaborate with other internal teams that will support the overall customer deliverables and satisfaction
Candidate shall meet the following criteria
- At least 4 years of experience focused on demand/lead generation, MQL/SQL/Content syndication campaigns for the US market, with at least 2 years as a team lead, driving campaigns independently along with a team
- Must have owned and delivered on SLAs and revenue targets as team lead and/or individual contributor
- At least 1 year of experience in directly managing US based customers and managing their expectations
- Must be performance driven with a sense of urgency on execution and customer delivery
- Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work in the US time zones
