TSL Consulting, located in Shivajinagar, Pune, is seeking a Pre-sales Consultant and IT Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of at least two technology areas for eg. Enterprise solutions (ERP/CRM), Cloud solutions/SaaS, Enterprise Security solutions, AI/IoT applications, middleware, BI/Analytics solutions, etc. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to comprehend business imperatives and customer expectations, and effectively map products/solutions to meet these expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of TSL’s OEM customers’ product & solution offerings and their alignment with end-customer/industry vertical needs.
- Engage with customers from a pre-sales perspective, effectively identify business/tech pain-points and expectations
- Articulate solutions, value and differentiators to potential customers.
- Conduct subject matter training sessions for internal teams, including analysts and SMEs, to enhance their understanding of our products and pre-sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and proposed solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in pre-sales consulting, solutions/business analysis, or customer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in customer interactions.
- MBA/Engineering background preferred.
- Preference for candidates already based in Pune.
- Immediate Joiners preferred
