Assistance Program Manager

Campaign Planning:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align cold calling campaigns with overall demand generation and sales strategies.
  • Target Audience: Identify and define the ideal customer profile for cold calling campaigns, including demographics, industries, and pain points.
  • Campaign Objectives: Set clear goals for cold calling campaigns, such as lead generation, appointment setting, or nurturing dormant leads.
  • Script Development: Create effective cold calling scripts that grab attention, communicate value, and address objections.
  • Call Lists: Coordinate with data analysts to develop targeted call lists based on segmentation and lead scoring criteria.
  • Personalization: Develop strategies for personalizing cold calls to resonate with the specific needs and challenges of different prospects.

Lead Generation:

  • Lead Identification: Oversee the process of identifying potential leads through market research, database analysis, and targeted list building.
  • Outbound Calls: Lead or support the team in making outbound cold calls to introduce products/services, gather information, and qualify leads. Do cold calling to generate leads and qualify them further as BANT
  • Qualification: Implement rigorous lead qualification processes to determine if leads meet established criteria (BANT: budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • Objection Handling: Develop objection-handling techniques to address common objections and challenges during cold calls.
  • Lead Nurturing: Create follow-up strategies for leads that require nurturing before they are sales-ready, utilizing additional touch points.

Client Management:

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for client issues, coordinating solutions across internal teams.

Team Management:

  • Training and Coaching: Provide comprehensive training on cold calling techniques, script delivery, objection handling, and product knowledge.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance, offering feedback and guidance to improve cold calling outcomes.
  • Motivation and Morale: Foster a positive and motivated team environment that encourages productivity and professional growth.
  • Workload Allocation: Assign leads, campaigns, and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
