Assistant Program Manager (Lead Generation/Demand Generation)

Location: Pune Office
Reporting To: COO & VP
Compensation: ₹4 to 6 LPA(CTC)

The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by ensuring timely and effective execution of lead generation campaigns aligned with client goals. Owning revenue targets implies full accountability for:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Involve monitoring & co-coordinating with Business Development Specialists for Lead Generation Activities.

  • Interface with TSL team and all other India focused customers from program delivery standpoint.
  • Manage a team of BDSs to ensure quality of deliverables and SLA achievement.
  • Set-up, implement and manage processes and documentation that will lead to successful program execution.
  • Manage customer relationship and expectations from a program delivery standpoint.
  • Plan and schedule programs based on pipeline and create weekly and monthly visibility for program deliveries.
  • Team building and motivation of the team.
  • Manage any other operational aspect of lead generation deliveries .
  • Continuous identification and management of training programs for the team.
  • Maintain high level of client satisfaction.
  • Involved in client communication and managing the client expectations for the Lead Generation Activities.
  • Generate sales leads for TSL customers by telephonically contracting a prospect database as per program requirement.
  • Achieve target number of leads as assigned to you.
  • Complete relevant documentation as required on the job.
  • Create a culture of ‘continuous improvement’ across the team.
  • Set-up, implement and manage processes and documentation that will lead to successful program execution.
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue goals assigned to the accounts or campaigns under their management.
  • Managing profitability of programs by optimizing resource allocation, costs, and deliverables.
  • Client satisfaction and renewals, ensuring the quality of leads and outcomes encourage repeat business or upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for account expansion, cross-sells, or upsells in collaboration with sales/account teams.
  • Forecasting and reporting revenue performance, ensuring visibility into program health and financial outcomes.
