Team Management and Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lead generation specialists.
  • Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs and organize relevant sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to maximize productivity.

Lead Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor approaches to reach them effectively.
  • Utilize various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, etc., to generate leads.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns for improved results.

Lead Generation:

  • Personally contribute to lead generation efforts by actively prospecting and generating leads.
  • Engage with potential clients through multiple channels and communication methods.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure accurate lead data entry.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling materials that support lead generation efforts.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and lead generation data.
  • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Use data insights to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
