Business Development Specialist

Experience : Freshers / Exp till 1 year

Qualification : Any Diploma/ Graduate or Above 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be the ‘front-ending’ salesperson to call and reach out to decision makers /influencers and identify sales opportunities 
  • You will be responsible for Lead generation and cold calling 
  • You will be directly involved for inside sales and marketing 
  • You will be involved for identifying new businesses and prospective customers 
  • You shall take a consultative /solutions approach to your sales lead generation 
  • You shall carry out the required market research and profiling to further qualify the prospects 
  • Understand and execute the necessary process compliance and quality metrics 
  • Maintain high level of client satisfaction 
  • Build your knowledge and understanding of the relevant subject matter that you shall pitch to your prospects. 
  • You will be involved in building pitch guides and scripts prior to program execution 

Soft Skills: 

  • You should be a Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent command over English language with an excellent telephone manner 
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables. 
  • Basic IT Infrastructure knowledge, including the use of spreadsheets 
  • Listening skills 
  • MS Office knowledge (Powerpoint, Word and Excel knowledge)
